You can make a contribution to help elect Jean Wagenius to the Minnesota House of Representatives for District 62B, by mailing a check to:

Your contribution is refundable through the Minnesota Political Contribution Refund Program up to $50 for an individual and $100 for a married couple.
The Jean Wagenius Volunteer Committee will send you a receipt for your contribution along with the State of Minnesota 2000 Form PCR so you can apply for the refund immediately.
An individual or married couple may file only one application for each calendar year in which contributions were made.
